Do I need to make an account in order to place an order?

It is not mandatory to create an account with us in order to make an order. However, we strongly recommend you to create an account before doing so in order to avail our account benefits.

I have received a damaged item? What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that you have received products from us that have been damaged or are faulty.

you have received a damaged or faulty item(s), then please get in contact with us at info@onlinepoundshops.com . Please get in touch via email –with a clear photograph of the damaged item(s) , no larger than 1MB. We will then review and arrange for a refund if necessary.

How long does an order take to be delivered?

UK – For standard shipping (£4.95) which takes up to 3-5 working days.

UK Highland and Non-Mainland Home Deliveries:

Our delivery starts from £12.95.

7 – 10 Working days but sometimes can take longer.
